Stella Eyelash may collect some of your information to make your shopping experience more enjoyable.

Member & Order information such as your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number are collected in order to effect delivery of the products that you order, and to contact you in regard to your order if necessary. These details are retained in our database for record keeping purposes.

If you elect to receive our newsletter, your email address will be added to our mailing list. We will only use your e-mail address for that purpose, you will not be put on the mailing lists of any third parties, and neither your email address nor your name or country will not be divulged to anyone else. We will only use these details to post to you about new developments, products, news and events. Removing yourself from the mailing list will also be easy - just click on the "Subscribe/Unsubscribe to newsletter" link after login to your member page.

If you elect to pay online using your credit card, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you, at any time during the transaction. They are processed securely by Paypal. We do not retain your credit card details.
Returns & Replacements

We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:
  •      - Faulty
  •      - Significant different to what we advertise on our website
  •      - Not fit for purpose
  •      - Unsafe
  •      - Or even just change of your mind

Please note:
1. Proof of purchase - your must be purchased from our online store.
2. Refunds will be issued as per your original payment method.
3. The goods must be returned to us at customer's cost for change of mind refund or exchange for other goods
Why do we collect email addresses

Stella Eyelash requires email addresses for correspondence in regard to orders placed and registration of users. We do not use these emails for commercial use without prior consent.
